1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Items such as innerwear, beauty products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your AZONKA account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Select the item you want to return

  • Choose the reason for return and submit the request

Once your request is approved, you will receive confirmation along with pickup or return instructions.

3. Return Pickup & Inspection

For eligible products, AZONKA will arrange a pickup from your delivery address where service is available. After pickup, the product will undergo a quality inspection at our facility to ensure it meets return conditions.

If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address.

4. Refund Process

After successful inspection, your refund will be initiated. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, AZONKA does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the product and place a new order.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and standard return policies will apply.
