At AZONKA, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth order processing experience for our customers.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the order must be returned as per our Refund and Returns Policy after delivery.

To cancel an order:

  • Log in to your AZONKA account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Select the order you wish to cancel

  • Click on Cancel Order and confirm

A cancellation confirmation will be sent once the request is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse to accept the delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to return eligibility.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable once the order is dispatched.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled successfully before shipment, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

4. Cancellation by AZONKA

AZONKA reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made

5. Partial Order Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual items before shipment, subject to availability and order status.

6. Important Notes

  • Orders placed during sales or promotional periods may follow special cancellation rules.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

  • Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions at AZONKA’s discretion.
